After few days in Sibiu, the city with eyes, I took a train to București, the capital city.
Bucharest (București) is the capital and largest city of Romania, as well as its cultural, industrial, and financial center. Finding a 300-year-old church near a steel-and-glass tower that both sit next to a communist-style building is a common-sight in Bucharest. During my first visit to Bucharest during Dec-2015, I spent 5 days walking around the town, so second time when I came to Romania in August 2018, I spent more time in other Romanian cities and only two nights in the capital city.
Pictures below are from my first visit to the capital city during December 2015.
